EDGE FA Payment Policy

Training Sessions

Booking & Payments

  •  All training sessions must be booked through our Class4Kids system.

  •  Booking a term (or part of a term) secures a place and commits you to payment for the remainder of that term.

  •  A free trial session is available to new participants. After the trial, full term payment is required to continue.

Refunds

  •  No refunds will be issued after the free trial and once a place has been confirmed.

  •  The only exception is in the case of medical injury preventing continued participation.

  •  Valid medical evidence must be provided.

  •  Any credit or refund is at the discretion of EDGE FA management.

Credit Options

If eligible, credit may be offered instead of a refund and can be:

  •  Applied to the next term’s training fees.

  •  Used toward 1-2-1 sessions or holiday camps.

  •  Transferred to a sibling, friend, or family member (subject to approval).

  •  All credits must be used within 12 months of issue.

League Membership & Match Payments

Team Registration

  •  At the start of each season, families will receive notice and a deadline for a non-refundable deposit to secure their child’s place in the team.

  •  A final deadline will also be communicated for payment of the full membership fee.

  •  Missing either payment deadline may result in the place being offered to another player.

Weekly Match Fees & Tournaments

  •  Match fees must be paid before the weekly deadline set by EDGE FA.

  •  If a match or tournament is cancelled or postponed, a credit will be automatically applied to the next scheduled fixture or equivalent.

  •  Refunds for individual matches will not be issued, unless:

  The player leaves the club and the next scheduled match has not yet been fulfilled.

General Terms

  •  All payments are to be made through the designated systems and by stated deadlines.

  •  EDGE FA reserves the right to make changes to this payment policy. Any updates will be communicated in advance via email or through Class4Kids.

Edge FA Football Team Policy

1. Match Attendance

  •  Matches are scheduled every Saturday and attendance is mandatory for all registered players.

  •  Consistent absence without valid reason may result in reduced playing time or removal from the squad.

2. Training Commitments

  •  Minimum training attendance is required every Tuesday.

  •  Friday training is optional but strongly encouraged for those wanting extra development and increased selection chances.

  •  If unable to attend training, notice must be given to the coach via Spond or direct message at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Match Confirmation

  •  All players must confirm availability for matches via Spond within 48 hours of the match notification.

  •  Failure to confirm within this time frame may result in being ineligible to play that week, regardless of availability.

4. Kit Requirements

  •  A full official Edge FA match kit is required to play.

  •  If the kit is lost, damaged, or no longer fits mid-season, the player or parent/guardian must order a replacement immediately.

  •  Players without full kit on match day may be unable to participate.

5. Punctuality

  •  Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before kick-off for match warm-ups and preparation.

  •  Repeated lateness may affect starting opportunities.

6. Conduct & Attitude

  •  All players are expected to demonstrate respect, team spirit, and sportsmanship at all times—toward coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees.

  •  Poor conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from matches or training.

7. Communication

  •  All important communications, updates, and announcements will be made via Spond. Parents/guardians and players must regularly check and respond as required.

  •  Any issues (injuries, absences, concerns) should be reported to the coach or team manager promptly.

8. Fees & Registrations

  •  All fees must be paid on time as outlined by Edge FA. Players who have outstanding payments may be excluded from matches or training until resolved.

9. Parental Support (for Youth Teams)

  •  Parents/guardians are encouraged to support positively from the sidelines.

  •  Coaching decisions are made solely by Edge FA staff—interference is not permitted.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • EDGE FA or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • EDGE FA reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, EDGE FA will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
